Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, monitor, and track IT Service Business Practices including Change Management and Incident Management
- Ensure compliance and service quality by implementing and monitoring processes and controls
- Analyze service performance against Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and report on service metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of IT Service Delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Service Now knowledge preferred
- ITIL V3 Foundation or Intermediate certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of technology environments including Unix, Linux, Windows, and Networking
