Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Key Account Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Key Account team to develop strategies for increasing market share in K12 schools
- Ensure customer success by creating training materials and partnering with the Secondary Customer Success team
- Participate in customer meetings to identify needs and help close new business while retaining existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three-to-five years of relevant experience, preferably in publishing or educational fields
- Proven major account sales ability with a strong record of achieving significant sales growth
- Experience in building effective customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Knowledge of commonly used desktop tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
