Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Nurture Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Lead Nurture team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, directing performance, quality, productivity, and workflow of the team
- Assist in hiring, supervising staff, and providing continuous employee development through coaching
- Track team metrics and ensure compliance with departmental policies while improving customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Prior school enrollment/registration experience a plus
