A company is looking for a Litigation Claims Team Lead, Rideshare.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of commercial auto adjuster direct reports and implement best practices for claims handling
• Align team with client and customer expectations, serving as a resource for escalated claims
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients and customers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience in multiple lines of business, with litigated bodily injury experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems and processes
• Integrity and a strong sense of accountability in handling confidential information
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and accuracy
