Job Summary
A company is looking for a SAL Advocate to serve as a member advocate and point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and educate members about benefits and plan options
- Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims in a timely manner
- Document transactions and follow departmental policies to ensure efficient operations
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is desirable
- Data entry and general computer skills are required
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
