Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAL Advocate to serve as a member advocate and point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and educate members about benefits and plan options
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims in a timely manner
  • Document transactions and follow departmental policies to ensure efficient operations
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is desirable
  • Data entry and general computer skills are required
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
