Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers, focusing on performance and growth of client accounts
- Design and implement strategic visions to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Drive compliance excellence and support Sales and Client Partnerships teams in achieving customer goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and similar telephony solutions
