Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Outreach Specialist to engage with prospective and current members to promote financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new indirect members and promotional prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members through proactive outreach
• Educate members on financial wellbeing while identifying their financial needs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience, particularly in outbound sales
• Experience with systems like Symitar and MeridianLink is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
