A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support mid-market sales opportunities and guide prospective customers through the technical aspects of the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support mid-market sales opportunities from discovery through close, focusing on customer needs and technical scoping
- Serve as a product expert, demonstrating the value of the platform and how it can transform customer workflows
- Scope and workshop custom solutions and integration workflows while documenting product feedback and competitive intelligence
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer at a startup or SaaS company, preferably in Martech
- Foundational understanding of AI and its business applications
- Experience working with APIs, building custom POCs, and utilizing iPaas solutions
- Understanding of sales and revenue organization processes
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and marketing events
