Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager - Payor Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads by identifying potential health plans and establishing relationships with decision makers
- Educate and engage prospects through meetings, addressing their needs, and presenting the value of the company's solutions
- Manage the entire sales process, including maintaining records, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with internal teams for client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- 2-5 years of proven success in sales or business development, ideally in healthcare or technology
- Experience selling virtual services or digital health solutions is highly desirable
- Proficiency with CRM software and comfort in a remote work environment
