Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for sales tools and enhance core platforms like Salesforce
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Analyze and report on sales and system data to identify inefficiencies and guide platform improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, focusing on sales process optimization
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification for process improvement initiatives
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to enhance sales productivity
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization
