A company is looking for a PBM Regional Sales Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes sales strategies to meet territory sales goals
- Provides consultative expertise on pharmacy services and conducts internal and external sales meetings
- Manages RFP analysis and maintains relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the PBM sector, including product and pricing
- Sales or direct client management experience
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Ability to develop productive relationships with internal stakeholders and key producers
