A company is looking for a Military/Veteran Peer Support Specialist III.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides customer-friendly services and engages individuals in an empathic manner
- Develops and maintains peer-to-peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes
- Responds promptly to service requests and inquiries from individuals and professionals
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of active duty service or relevant military experience
- Demonstrated ability to use a computer for recording services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
