NMLS Licensed Loan Partner II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner II to enhance client experiences and support branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between clients and the loan team, ensuring smooth communication throughout the loan process
• Take and submit complete loan applications, track documents, and coordinate weekly pipeline meetings
• Maintain up-to-date status information for all files and assist in resolving issues with loan documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Five years of experience in conventional fixed, ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loan processing
• Extensive knowledge of VA and FHA products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Encompass LOS or similar mortgage processing software
• Federal registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required
