A company is looking for a Client Care Services Representative (IWS) - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized client experiences by answering questions and assisting with products or services in a call center environment
- Resolve inquiries and transactions for Financial Representatives and clients, including complex issues
- Educate clients on self-service capabilities and embrace new technology to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience
- Expert knowledge of single risk product or process and advanced knowledge of multiple risk products
- Basic understanding of tax implications
- Demonstrated computer experience with proficiency in current software packages
