A company is looking for an Onboarding Assistant to support the implementation of an AI-powered virtual receptionist for appointment-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure new and existing accounts based on client-specific needs
- Generate login credentials and manage API integrations for client booking platforms
- Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate seamless transitions to the customer-facing team
Required Qualifications
- Experience in onboarding, customer support, or implementation roles
- Background in project coordination or project management, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Familiarity with CRMs, project management software, or ticketing systems
- Comfort working with technical systems and business management software platforms
- Availability to work during U.S. Pacific business hours
