Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chapter Operations Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regional stakeholders and collaborate with chapters on policies and operational areas
- Review and recommend chapter policies while identifying process improvements
- Partner with Chapter Engagement Specialists to implement new programs and services for chapter leader development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of association or similar experience with knowledge of not-for-profit documents
- General knowledge of association laws and insurance program requirements
- Experience in creating and applying performance metrics
- Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
