Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platinum Sales Support Specialist in Retirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing high-impact New Business cases and follow up on not-in-good-order business
• Monitor existing cases to ensure a smooth flow through the New Business process
• Provide support for product inquiries, marketing materials, and assist with calling campaigns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in annuity application processing strongly preferred
• Relevant customer service experience preferred, with a desire to advance in sales
• Willingness to learn and progress into a more advanced sales role
