Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, train, and mentor a team to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and report on team performance metrics
- Interview, hire, and train new team members while providing ongoing coaching and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience managing Sales Development Representatives or Business Development Representatives, preferably in B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of successful experience as an Inside Sales or Business Development Representative
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven track record of hiring and developing sales teams to meet quotas
- Ability to manage a remote and in-person team effectively
