Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Population Health Solutions Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers and assesses Health Plan Division information needs and prepares system requirements for projects
• Manages medium and large-scale Health Plan projects, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, budget, and schedules
• Serves as a liaison between Health Plan and IT leadership to identify and manage business-critical information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
• Five or more years of IT experience within the healthcare industry
• One to two years of experience within a Population Health Organization
• Experience in implementation and/or support of Population Health systems/solutions
• General knowledge of value-based care and different healthcare plans
