Job Summary
A company is looking for a Portal Control Specialist responsible for processing quote requests and ensuring accurate pricing through a digital pricing engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Case and Quote queues while meeting defined SLA
- Understand and resolve Tranzact error codes related to the digital quoting process
- Create quotes for internal and external customers and liaise with various teams for support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Minimum of three years in Customer Service or Sales Support experience
- Experience in the Telecom industry is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple business units
