A company is looking for a RCM Enablement & Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new RCM team members on standard operating procedures and product functionality
- Evaluate and assess team members' skills and performance to identify additional training needs
- Develop training curriculums and implement continuous learning initiatives within the department
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in training or mentoring roles
- Minimum 2 years of revenue cycle experience in various roles such as billing and denial management
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective teaching strategies
- Ability to plan, manage time, and multitask effectively
- Strategic and creative mindset
