RCM Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Enablement & Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new RCM team members on standard operating procedures and product functionality
• Evaluate and assess team members' skills and performance to identify additional training needs
• Develop training curriculums and implement continuous learning initiatives within the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in training or mentoring roles
• Minimum 2 years of revenue cycle experience in various roles such as billing and denial management
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective teaching strategies
• Ability to plan, manage time, and multitask effectively
• Strategic and creative mindset
