A company is looking for a Regional Head Business Development for the US East Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the drafting and implementation of Territory Plans aligned with the Biologics Division's strategy
- Achieve new business wins and assist the team in maintaining a high opportunity closure rate
- Establish management control measures to meet program win targets and revenues
Key Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in business development and account management roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a life science field
- Expertise in CRM/SFDC and negotiation experience with significant deal values
- Proven ability to identify and implement profitable business opportunities
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data in Excel to differentiate customer segments
