Key Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor the sales team

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading successful sales teams
- At least 6 years of successful direct sales experience
- Technical background with familiarity in open-source software preferred
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles lasting 2-6 months
- Proven track record in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and developing talent
