Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire a high-performing sales team focused on SLED accounts
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive new business and customer retention
- Forecast revenue and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to assess sales productivity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SLED Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
- Experience managing teams responsible for customer acquisition and pipeline generation
- Successful experience closing complex sales with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies
