Key Responsibilities
- Understand the remarketing business model and act as a liaison between customers and the organization
- Build relationships with branches and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in an automotive auction or dealership environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general understanding of B2B interface technology
- Prior experience in Sales and Account Coordination
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Previous sales remarketing experience is strongly preferred
