Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new consumers and their caregivers, ensuring successful product usage
• Proactively contact consumers to manage product performance expectations
• Document interactions and communicate with stakeholders to provide expert support

Required Qualifications

• College graduate and Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Three (3+) years of patient care experience, preferably in Urology
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
• Highly customer-centric with strong organizational skills
• Professional attitude and clinical judgment in all aspects of the position
