A company is looking for a Renewals Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, documentation, and improvement of renewal processes, collaborating with various stakeholders
- Build and maintain renewal forecasts and dashboards, preparing reports for senior leadership
- Conduct win/loss analysis on renewals and leverage insights to drive performance improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and customer lifecycle tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero
- Proven ability to improve operational workflows and reporting
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
