Job Summary
A company is looking for a US Retail Renewal Lead to drive the retention and growth of retail clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Renewal Health Tracker to identify and mitigate risks ahead of renewals
- Drive commercial strategy throughout renewals or Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Negotiate agreements directly with customers and collaborate with legal teams to draft contracts
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience demonstrating strategic thinking and creativity
- Excellent negotiation skills and confidence in articulating a strong deal position
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and contracts
- Familiarity with NielsenIQ solutions, tools, and applications
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
