Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop strategies for identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Engage in demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth and manage sales activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate contracts and effectively communicate value propositions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive selling PEO solutions in a tech or startup environment
- Proven experience in demand generation and self-generating sales pipeline
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and develop internal champions
- Experience with process/playbook selling methodologies is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce
