Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and develop strategies for identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Engage in demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth and manage sales activities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate contracts and effectively communicate value propositions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive selling PEO solutions in a tech or startup environment
  • Proven experience in demand generation and self-generating sales pipeline
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and develop internal champions
  • Experience with process/playbook selling methodologies is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
