Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager to join their Go-to-Market Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute strategic programs that enable revenue teams across the customer lifecycle
- Design and manage a high-impact Revenue Onboarding program to accelerate new hire productivity
- Lead the GTM Continuous Learning webcast series and create high-quality enablement content
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or GTM Program Management in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Proven success in managing onboarding and continuous learning programs at scale
- Excellent project management skills with a balance of strategic vision and execution detail
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of the SaaS customer journey
- Familiarity with tools like Gong, Highspot, Google Workspace, and LMS or CMS platforms is a plus
