Key Responsibilities
- Administer complex sales compensation plans, including commission calculations and bonuses
- Manage the SPIFF compensation platform, optimizing performance and troubleshooting issues
- Analyze sales performance data, generate reports, and resolve commission-related disputes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Compensation Analyst
- Hands-on experience with sales compensation software, preferably SPIFF
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with compensation management software implementation
- Prior experience in a SaaS company with a large sales organization
