A company is looking for a Sales Development and Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview and hire new sales candidates
- Complete onboarding and training for new hires and provide ongoing training for the sales team
- Manage sales team performance and provide coaching and support throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Six years of sales, sales training, or sales management experience
- Financial services background preferred
- Direct sales experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
