A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Utilize lead generation tools to create targeted lists of prospects
- Manage inbound leads and assist Account Executives in the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area preferred but not required
- Prior Sales Development (SDR) experience or customer-oriented background preferred but not required
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is an asset
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Strong organizational skills and resilience in the face of rejection
