A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to empower the sales team with tools, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage onboarding programs and ongoing training for new sales hires
- Create and maintain a scalable library of sales enablement content and resources
- Analyze sales processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and conversion
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a sales role with enablement responsibilities
- Deep understanding of the K-12 education ecosystem and district buying cycles
- Proven track record of designing and executing effective onboarding programs for B2B sales teams
- Hands-on experience with enablement and learning tools such as LMS and CMS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred)
