A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a team of Strategic Sales Engineers and provide technical direction to the regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enable a team of Sales Engineers across designated regions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the sales teams for customer technology solutions
- Build relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales engineering management experience in a software or data center environment
- Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
- High level of business acumen with experience engaging CxO level personnel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
