Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and growth objectives
- Lead and coach sales teams to expand the pipeline and close business
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers and monitor sales metrics to assess progress
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Software Sales/Information Technology Management
- 12+ years of experience in the financial payments industry
- 12+ years of experience in leading larger sales organizations of at least 20 associates
- 12+ years of experience overseeing a sales organization generating a minimum of approximately $150 million in total contract value
- 12+ years of proven success in achieving sales quotas regularly
