Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to accelerate growth in the secure payment ecosystem
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners while fostering relationships with existing partners
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives and successful implementation of joint strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 7+ years of experience in sales and building partner relationships within the technology industry
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing VAR and MSP partnerships
- Extensive experience in the contact center, CCaaS, CRM, and digital payments markets
- Strong background in channel sales
- Ability to represent the company at industry events and forums
