Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives in a customer-facing environment as technical counterparts
- Serve as a product expert within SaaS applications or Social Intelligence
- Communicate complex topics in an easily digestible manner to the audience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of tech/SaaS experience in a Solutions Engineer role with Enterprise customers
- Experience demonstrating a software platform through presentations
- Understanding of social networks and social media strategy for large organizations
- Ability to work on multiple projects while supporting the Sales team
- Understanding of the software sales process components
