Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations and Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pre-and post-sales activities, including lead tracking and sales performance monitoring
- Maintain and optimize CRM to track sales pipelines and client interactions
- Develop sales collateral and manage virtual and in-person sales events
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership
- Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or related fields
- Background in sales, marketing, business development, or client engagement
- Strong expertise in CRM management programs, preferably HubSpot
- Self-directed with an entrepreneurial mindset
