Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Salesforce content and assist with order management and invoicing
- Execute calculations for variable compensation and implement annual changes
- Maintain Salesforce users, train new starters, and manage data hygiene processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ required; Power BI and/or Tableau preferred
- Strong time management skills and results-oriented mindset
