Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Advocacy Coordinator (Work from Home).
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve customer/regulator complaints
- Identify trends and provide feedback on potential regulatory compliance violations
- Train, motivate, and coach customer service teams
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Certification
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- Preferred: At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
