Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Partner Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall partner enablement strategy aligned with global GTM objectives and revenue targets
- Design and implement end-to-end enablement programs for various partner types and sales motions
- Oversee the creation of enablement content and drive adoption of resources across internal and external teams
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in sales or partner enablement within an enterprise B2B software company
- Proven track record in designing and executing scalable enablement programs
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and different partner selling motions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Experience with enablement technologies and analytical skills to measure program effectiveness
