Key Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas, including executive leadership hiring
- Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
- Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressively complex recruiting experience
- Prior experience in a fast-growth startup, particularly in product management or business operations
- Proven success in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
