Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop a team of RevOps strategists while ensuring quality deliverables
- Oversee complex client engagements and translate business goals into scalable revenue operations strategies
- Identify and implement improvements to team processes and contribute to internal documentation on RevOps strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or CRM systems, with expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce
- 2+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 6 or more
- Proven track record in leading complex, client-facing technical projects
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
