Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Services Growth Manager to drive the development of new business opportunities for the DEM Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive overview of market opportunities in DEM, DERMS, and adjacent solution spaces
- Coordinate the DEM Services team's contributions to pre-sales processes, including RFP response content curation
- Engage proactively with teams to track upcoming opportunities and maintain alignment across various departments
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in services strategy, business development, or pre-sales support, preferably in energy or utilities
- Proven success in leading complex RFP responses, including strategy development and content creation
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM or equivalent to track opportunities and assess pipeline quality
- Familiarity with DERMS, DEM, AMI, or utility-scale service offerings
- Strong business acumen related to margin targets and pricing strategies for service delivery
