Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and manage fleet maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize estimate requests from technicians and clients, managing the entire estimate submission process
• Determine the scope of repair or maintenance work, set pricing, and ensure compliance with contracts
• Coordinate scheduling of services based on part availability and manage communication with clients and technicians regarding work order status

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive or technical experience
• Prior technician or mechanic experience is preferred
• Familiarity with key vehicle parts and dealership service advisor experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to interact with fleet systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
