Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and manage fleet maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and organize estimate requests from technicians and clients, managing the entire estimate submission process
- Determine the scope of repair or maintenance work, set pricing, and ensure compliance with contracts
- Coordinate scheduling of services based on part availability and manage communication with clients and technicians regarding work order status
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive or technical experience
- Prior technician or mechanic experience is preferred
- Familiarity with key vehicle parts and dealership service advisor experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to interact with fleet systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
