Key Responsibilities
- Leverage Consumer Panel data to identify shopper trends and synthesize multi-source data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with Category Management teams to create consumer selling stories and provide shelving recommendations
- Drive insights on innovation and brand growth, while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Science, or Business Administration; Master's preferred
- Significant experience in FMCG within large matrix environments
- Expertise in syndicated data platforms and shopper insights analytics
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
