Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities related to customer service, billing, and financial counseling
- Establish controls for billing and payment cycles to ensure integrity of accounts receivable
- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in direct supervision of associates preferred
