Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to deliver consistent customer value and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve, triage, or escalate customer workflow issues by diagnosing platform/infrastructure vs. user code problems
- Drive retention and increase adoption by developing knowledge of customers' business objectives and technical solutions
- Collaborate with various teams to represent the voice of the customer and maintain customer-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data or Software Engineering with knowledge of public cloud technologies and ML/data infrastructure
- Strong Python programming skills; Go experience is a plus
- Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise customers with infrastructure products and solutions
- Familiarity with machine learning solutions, MLOps, and data orchestration trends
- Understanding of data processing and ML infrastructure components
