Key Responsibilities

• Configure cloud-based payment platforms tailored to client needs
• Conduct platform training sessions and walkthroughs with clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Implementation role
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms or payment systems
• Strong Excel skills for data file preparation and validation
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Knowledge of system configuration, testing, and client onboarding workflows
